Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the applesauce, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into scones.
