Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  2. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Return the steak to the skillet, toss to coat in the garlic butter, and cook for another minute.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with potatoes, rice, or veggies.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, warm them in a skillet over low heat until heated through. Use a meat thermometer for perfect temperature. Feel free to add herbs or spices for extra flavor.
