- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and a pinch of salt if using, ensuring even distribution.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to drop mounds of the mixture onto the sheet, leaving space between each bite.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the bites are completely firm.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or freezer bag.
- Store in the freezer for up to 1 month and enjoy straight from the freezer.
Notes
