  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, full fat or 2%
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus extra for topping Optional topping
  • 1 pinch salt Optional

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips and a pinch of salt if using, ensuring even distribution.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to drop mounds of the mixture onto the sheet, leaving space between each bite.
  5. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the bites are completely firm.
  7. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or freezer bag.
  8. Store in the freezer for up to 1 month and enjoy straight from the freezer.

Notes

Use a cookie scoop for even-sized bites. Consider adding different mix-ins like nuts or dried fruit. Adjust sweetness with more or less honey or maple syrup. Always line your baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
