Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Layer the roast beef evenly on the buns.
- Top with caramelized onions and cheese, if using.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the assembled sliders.
- Brush the tops with a little melted butter and sprinkle with seasoning.
Baking
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the buns are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
Notes
Cool the sliders to room temperature and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Do not soak the buns in au jus before serving; let guests dip to prevent sogginess.
