Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound roast beef Thinly sliced for easy biting.
  • 8 pieces slider buns Buns should be halved for assembly.
  • 1 cup caramelized onions
  • 1 cup cheese (Swis or provolone, optional) Use melted cheese for added flavor.
  • 2 cups au jus For dipping.
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter For brushing the tops of the sliders.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the roast beef evenly on the buns.
  4. Top with caramelized onions and cheese, if using.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on the assembled sliders.
  6. Brush the tops with a little melted butter and sprinkle with seasoning.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the buns are golden and the cheese is melted.
  2. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Cool the sliders to room temperature and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Do not soak the buns in au jus before serving; let guests dip to prevent sogginess.
