Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the salmon.
- Arrange trimmed asparagus around the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Add lemon slices on top of the salmon and asparagus.
Cooking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave until heated through. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan for even cooking. Variations include adding cream cheese before baking or mixing Dijon mustard with olive oil for a zesty twist.
