- Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it cool.
- Pack the cucumber slices tightly into a clean jar.
- Add the dill seeds over the cucumbers.
- Pour the cooled brine over the cucumbers, ensuring they are completely submerged.
- Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before enjoying.
Notes
Refrigerator dill pickles are best enjoyed cold straight from the jar. They will last for about 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
