  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred for best texture)
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt (optional) for enhanced flavor

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder (and salt, if using). Add the Greek yogurt. Use a fork or your hands to mix until a shaggy dough begins to form.
  2. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 3-5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and slightly elastic.
  3. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a pizza stone in the oven if you have one.
  4. Roll or press the dough into your desired shape and thickness on a piece of parchment paper.
Baking
  1. For a crispier crust, bake the naked dough on the parchment for 5-7 minutes before adding toppings.
  2. Add your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The dough can be made ahead, wrapped tightly in plastic, and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
