Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder (and salt, if using). Add the Greek yogurt. Use a fork or your hands to mix until a shaggy dough begins to form.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 3-5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and slightly elastic.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a pizza stone in the oven if you have one.
- Roll or press the dough into your desired shape and thickness on a piece of parchment paper.
Baking
- For a crispier crust, bake the naked dough on the parchment for 5-7 minutes before adding toppings.
- Add your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The dough can be made ahead, wrapped tightly in plastic, and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
