Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Mix cream of chicken soup and salsa, then pour over the chicken.
- Add black beans and corn on top.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and salt over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 15 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover to melt.
Notes
Serve this chicken dish over rice or with tortilla chips. It can also be enjoyed in tacos or burritos. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop.
