Method
Crust
- Mix the Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.
- Bake it in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Let it cool.
Filling
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it’s just about to boil.
- Remove it from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well. Pour this filling into the cooled tart crust.
- Chill it in the fridge for a few hours until set.
Top
- Once set, arrange the fresh raspberries on top.
- Dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving.
Notes
Keep leftover tart covered in the fridge. It will stay fresh for up to three days. For best results, do not freeze, as the texture may change. Let the tart chill long enough to set properly for the best texture.
