Preparation

- In another bowl, mix milk, apple cider, eggs, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in the diced apples gently to maintain a light texture.
Baking
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and vanilla extract on top.
- Add the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Glazing
- Whisk together powdered sugar and apple cider until smooth.
- Drizzle over the bread once it has cooled.
Notes
Wrap the loaf tightly in plastic wrap or store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze slices for up to 2 months.
