- Lightly grease your crock pot with olive oil. Place the halved baby potatoes at the bottom.
- Lay the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and the potatoes are soft.
