Ingredients
  

For the salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets Fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard For flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For moisture and flavor
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adds sweetness
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For added flavor
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish Optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the Dijon mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

Store any leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, gently warm it in the oven or microwave until heated through. For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the Dijon mixture for a few hours before baking.
