Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the Dijon mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired and serve.
Notes
Store any leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, gently warm it in the oven or microwave until heated through. For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the Dijon mixture for a few hours before baking.
