Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  3. Place a teaspoon of the strawberry cheesecake mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  4. Wet the edges of the wonton with water and fold diagonally to form a triangle, sealing the edges tightly.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Fry wonton bites in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
