Preparation
- Lightly spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Cut cream cheese into small cubes and scatter over the chicken.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker.
- Stir everything together until the creamy sauce coats all the chicken.
- Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve over rice, in tacos, or on sandwiches. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat with a splash of chicken broth to restore creaminess.
