  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups spaghetti Use whole wheat for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Mix in after spaghetti is cooked.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, add uncooked spaghetti and stir to combine.
  3. Once spaghetti is cooked, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.

Notes
