Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and chicken broth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the Crock Pot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain and serve topped with the chicken and sauce.
Serving
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve the chicken and sauce over cooked angel hair pasta. A side salad or steamed green vegetable works well. Store leftovers in airtight containers and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently.
