  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Feel free to mix in cheddar, provolone, or Parmesan.
Toppings
  • 1 cup Toppings (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, olives) Customize with favorites.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs Sprinkle on basil or oregano.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds a warm, aromatic layer.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes For a spicy kick.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each tortilla into 6–8 wedges like a pizza slice.
  3. Place wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer with space between each piece.
  4. Lightly brush or spray each wedge with a little oil for extra crisp, if desired.
Assembly
  1. Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce on each wedge, covering the center thinly.
  2. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce.
  3. Add small pieces of your chosen toppings.
  4. Season with Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Baking
  1. Bake for 8–12 minutes, watching closely until the edges turn golden and the cheese melts.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes to become extra crisp.

Notes
