Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each tortilla into 6–8 wedges like a pizza slice.
- Place wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer with space between each piece.
- Lightly brush or spray each wedge with a little oil for extra crisp, if desired.
Assembly
- Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce on each wedge, covering the center thinly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce.
- Add small pieces of your chosen toppings.
- Season with Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Baking
- Bake for 8–12 minutes, watching closely until the edges turn golden and the cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes to become extra crisp.
Notes
Serve warm with extra dipping sauces like pizza sauce or ranch, and pair with a cold drink. They can be custom-made by using different toppings or sauces.
