Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken thighs completely dry using paper towels.
- Mix the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl.
- Press each chicken thigh into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides.
- Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the coating is golden brown.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
