Cooking the Chicken
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combining
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
For a light meal, use leftover chicken in a salad. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 2 months.
