  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless for best results
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For frying
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for best flavor
  • 1 cup heavy cream Do not boil; keep at a low simmer
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Grate real Parmesan, not pre-shredded
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Chopped parsley

Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combining
  1. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

For a light meal, use leftover chicken in a salad. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 2 months.
