- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and seal the edges.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the taquitos until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Notes
Serve with salsa, guacamole, or hot sauce for added flavor. Store leftover taquitos in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, use an oven or air fryer to keep them crispy.
