- If using fresh corn, cut the kernels off the cob. If using frozen, thaw slightly.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn and sauté for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
Serving
- Add salt and pepper to taste. For extra richness, stir in an extra pat of butter before serving.
Notes
