  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for extra fluffiness)

  1. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Slowly mix in the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until fully incorporated.
  3. Increase the speed and beat for 2–3 minutes until light and airy.
Fluffy Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting
  1. Beat together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in the vanilla, then gradually add the powdered sugar.
  3. Beat on high for 3–4 minutes until fluffy and, for extra lightness, add heavy cream.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. For freezing, keep for up to 3 months; thaw overnight in the fridge. Tips: Add vanilla extract for flavor, adjust sweetness as desired, and include lemon zest for a refreshing touch.
