- In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker and pour the cranberry glaze over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until tender and cooked through.
Serving
- Once done, slice and serve with the glaze drizzled on top.
Notes
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes, green salad, roasted vegetables, or rice. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently.
