  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add diced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Stir in broccoli and cook until tender.
  6. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken and broccoli mixture.
  8. Serve topped with parmesan cheese.

Notes
