  • 1 cup sparkling water Add last to maintain fizz.

Preparation
  1. In a pitcher, combine coconut milk, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well.
  2. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the coconut-lime mixture over the ice.

Notes
