Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces and spread them evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle with pecans if using.
Baking
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
- Let it cool slightly before drizzling the icing from the cinnamon roll packages.
