Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice can substitute with extra lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over the chicken.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Grilling
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade. Letting the chicken marinate overnight will enhance the flavors even more.
