Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over the chicken.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Grilling
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade. Letting the chicken marinate overnight will enhance the flavors even more.
