  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, cocoa powder, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake mixture.
  5. Pour the water over the top without stirring.
  6. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cake is set and the top is slightly cracked.
  2. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes
