Pizza Base
  • 1 pizza dough Can use homemade or store-bought.
Toppings
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded Grilled or rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 1 cup peaches, sliced Fresh peaches are preferred.
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese Use whole milk ricotta for creaminess.
  • 1 cup arugula Add fresh just before serving.
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze For drizzling before serving.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For drizzling before baking.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread ricotta cheese over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.
  4. Layer shredded chicken and sliced peaches over the ricotta. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for a few minutes before adding the toppings. You can substitute grilled chicken for added flavor. Experiment with different fruits or greens to customize the pizza.
