Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread cream cheese and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each chicken breast.
- Wrap each chicken breast with bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place wrapped chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Pat the chicken dry before seasoning so the cheese sticks well. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through. Do not leave cooked chicken at room temperature for more than two hours.
