  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 4 cups pulled rotisserie chicken Fully cooked to save time.
  • 3 cups mixed frozen vegetables No need to thaw.
  • 1 package Red Lobster Biscuit Mix Or your preferred biscuit dough.
  • 1 cup milk Adjust for a lighter dish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour melted butter into a large baking dish.
  3. Layer the pulled rotisserie chicken evenly on top of the butter.
  4. Add the mixed frozen vegetables over the chicken.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the Red Lobster Biscuit Mix and milk, then pour this mixture over the vegetables.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until the biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a simple green salad on the side and consider adding gravy or extra melted butter on top. Let sit for 5 minutes after baking to set the topping.
