Preparation
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- In the center of each tortilla, layer the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
- Add lettuce and diced tomatoes if desired.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
Notes
If you have leftovers, wrap them tightly in foil or store them in an airtight container. They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, just warm them in a microwave or on a skillet until heated through.
