Method
Preparation for Brie Cups
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and arrange the frozen phyllo cups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place one small cube of brie cheese into each phyllo cup. The cheese should fill about half of the cup, leaving room for the cranberry topping.
- Top each brie-filled cup with approximately one teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until phyllo cups are golden brown and the brie is melted and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Preparation for Chocolate-Dipped Apples
- Wash and thoroughly dry the apples. Slice each apple into 8 wedges, removing the core and seeds.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring between each until smooth.
- Dip each apple slice halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the dipped apple on the baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with toffee bits.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens completely.
