- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Stir in the fresh blueberries and optional chia seeds.
- Divide the mixture into jars or containers, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add a little more milk if desired.
- Top with additional blueberries and nuts before serving.
Notes
You can serve the oats chilled or warm. Add extra toppings like coconut or seeds for a variation. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
