- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for another minute.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Stir in cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss everything to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
You can garnish with sesame seeds or green onions. Pairs well with a light salad or steamed vegetables.
