  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb beef (sliced thin) Make sure your beef is sliced thinly for quick cooking.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets You can use frozen broccoli to save on prep time.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Add more if desired.
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For stir-frying.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for another minute.
  3. Add broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Toss everything to combine and heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

You can garnish with sesame seeds or green onions. Pairs well with a light salad or steamed vegetables.
