- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
- Slice the beef thinly and set aside.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned.
- Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Toss to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Notes
Cool the stir fry to room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat until hot. For serving, consider adding sesame seeds or sliced green onions.
