  • 2 cups cooked ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef strips Slice thin for quick cooking.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Cook to your liking.
Sauce ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce Can substitute with more soy sauce if needed.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
  2. Slice the beef thinly and set aside.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add beef strips and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Add cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
  6. Toss to combine and heat through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.

Notes

Cool the stir fry to room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat until hot. For serving, consider adding sesame seeds or sliced green onions.
