3 Ingredient BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar Adjust to taste
Classic BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method
 

3 Ingredient BBQ Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, mix the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar.
  2. Heat over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves (about 5 minutes).
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess as needed. Let it cool before using.
  4. Transfer to a jar or airtight container.
Classic BBQ Sauce
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring often.
  3. For a smoother texture, blend with an immersion blender (optional).
  4. Let it cool before transferring to a jar.

Notes

Both sauces keep well in the fridge; 3-ingredient BBQ lasts for up to 2 weeks, and classic BBQ lasts for up to 3 weeks. Customize spices and ingredients based on preferences.
