  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise This forms the base of the Bang Bang sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce Adjust based on desired sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Optional for heat; adjust according to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped For garnish.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha. Mix well to create the Bang Bang sauce.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Bang Bang sauce until everything is well coated.
Serving

Notes

This dish can be customized with additional toppings like sliced avocado or extra sriracha. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
