Ingredients
  

For the flatbread
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
For the topping
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese Can be substituted with goat cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • to taste fresh basil leaves Used for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, flour, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake the flatbread for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Topping
  1. Top the flatbread with sliced strawberries and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store any leftover flatbread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place it in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes.
