  • 1/4 cup orange juice Use fresh orange juice for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce Low-sodium soy sauce may be used.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust the sweetness according to taste.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper To season the marinade.
  • for garnish Sesame seeds Sprinkle over the salmon before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Let them marinate for about 15-30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For storage, place leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 days. Reheat gently to avoid drying out. For variations, substitute orange juice with lemon or lime juice and add fresh herbs for extra flavor.
