  • 2 pieces ripe avocados, diced Use ripe avocados for the best texture.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 piece ripe mango, diced
  • 1 piece jalapeño, finely chopped Adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
  • 1 piece lime, juiced Squeeze for a zesty kick.
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional) You may substitute with parsley or omit if preferred.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocados, strawberries, mango, and jalapeño.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and gently stir to combine, being careful not to mash the avocados.
  3. Season with salt to taste and add chopped cilantro if desired.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, fish, or chicken.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 1-2 days. Adding a bit of lime juice can help prevent browning.
