- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, fold in chopped fresh herbs.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
Notes
To store, place the mix in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. If browning occurs, stir to mix in the avocado.
