Preparation
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. If desired, fold in chopped fresh herbs.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.

Notes

To store, place the mix in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. If browning occurs, stir to mix in the avocado.
