  • 4 pieces boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or your favorite seasoning blend

  • 4 pieces boneless pork chops
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

Preparation for 3-Ingredient Pork Chops
  1. Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel to ensure crispiness.
  2. Rub them with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  3. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let them rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes or roasted veggies.
Honey Garlic Variation
  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and olive oil. Coat the pork chops in the marinade and let them sit for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  3. Place the marinated pork chops in the basket (discard excess marinade) and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Brush with extra honey garlic sauce before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, swap garlic powder for onion powder or barbecue rub. Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
