  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Pour in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract (if using). Mix until smooth and no lumps remain.
  3. Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds (adjust time based on your microwave’s power).
  4. Let it sit for a minute, then enjoy your 3 ingredient mug cake! If it’s still undercooked, microwave in 10-second intervals.
Vanilla Mug Cake Preparation
  1. In a mug, mix the flour and sugar.
  2. Pour in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.

Notes
