Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Dump the cherry pie filling into the dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pie filling—do not stir!
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix, covering as much as possible.
Baking
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
