Preparation
  1. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Crack the eggs into the bowl and whisk until fully combined with the bananas.

Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
  2. Pour 2 tbsp of batter per pancake and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
  3. Flip carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
