Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.

- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then poke a hole in the center and stretch it into a bagel shape.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the shaped bagels. Add your favorite toppings.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let them cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
